Damage Policy

Guests are required to pay a damage deposit 14 days before their check-in date. This deposit is fully refundable, provided no damage is reported during the post-checkout inspection.

If damages are identified, the cost of repairs or replacements will be deducted from the deposit.
If no damages are found, the deposit will be refunded in full within 5 business days after checkout.

Cancellation Policy

Guests will be charged the full amount of the reservation if they cancel 14 days or less prior to the check-in date.
Reservations canceled within this period or early checkouts are non-refundable.
